MSNBC says 60" plasma consumes almost as much electricity as refrigerator
Here is the MSNBC story:

Story says 28" conventional TV uses 100 watts
A 42" LCD uses double that... 200 watts
But a 60" plasma uses as muchas 600 watts ... that's close to the same as a refrigerator.
