Ok Jen top this.
I have founded a composites company that hires and houses all ex-cons for labor in production of semi-permanant stuctures (they build them and live in them) also they will manufacture greenhouses and residential / commercial windmills I designed. This dream of mine is getting closer as I and my VP are going to walk the property Thursday the 22nd of May 08 that we intend on building a 9000sqft facility on 10 acres to produce all these goodies at. We have had zero help in this effort and will forge alone without the help from WA. state and their kind of bureaucratic BS. I have a solid biz plan and am getting funding from an outfit on the east coast. I believe a wealth of talent is being wasted by not hiring these people and giving them a fair shake at something greater than themselves. I invite you to give me your thoughts and any leads to make this dream come. Thx. K. Hodge

Well the last thing I did to cut energy was to turn off the hot water..now that it's spring, cold showers feel great..saves lots of natural gas. Until I get the instant hot system with no water tank.

I have not done anything as far or as alternative energy is concerned, but I am a member of the World Wildlife Fund, the National Wildlife Federation, the National Resources Defense Council, the Nature Conservancy, and Children International if that counts for anything. I also support the Gorilla Foundation that takes care of Koko the gorilla. I also support the Save Darfur Coalition. Do those count for the contest, or not?

I didn’t do anything extra this week, did update my webpage www.byronwine.com yesterday. Look in #13-V, there are videos of six automobiles fueled with water.

i just sold my car a few weeks ago and bought a motor scooter =) it only holds about a gallon of gas and will run up to a hundred miles to the gallon...pretty sweet man. the man shalt not take my hard earned dollar bills for gas any longer.

Great stuff! We need every voice out there to give factual, common sense approaches to lifelong habit changes.

Thanks for all you are doing!

Hi Jennifer - I recently traded in my V8 Cadillac for a V4 Dodge Avenger which gets much better gas mileage . . .

Stay "Green"!

Jennifer,
Thanks for accepting the add request...your desire for your daughter to live in a better world is admirable. I myself am a father of three great kids and have concern over the future that we will leave.

A current project that is being developed is to a build a legacy of positive momentum of professionals getting together and sharing ideas. Such ideas will be benched marked in real world applications and success stories shared with the group. Looking at your member page, I think you have talents (speaking, presentation, interview) that others could learn from. If the spirit moves you, please stop by www.sociallyresponsible.ning.com. All topics in helping others is open for disccusions and your experience is of value.

I myself am working on a project to help a domestic violence shelter for women in my home town. And will be using the site to get out-of-the box ideas from others to help support the facility.

Looking foward to input!

Kindest regards,

David
